Our names are Laura Berti and Ismael Penedo. We both are licensed authorized Tour Guides, but above all, we are two close friends who share the same passion for our work and our city. Our years guiding visitors through the wonders of the city together with our studies and education have given us a solid background in art and history, but what we also like you to enjoy the local culture, feel the city as an insider and discover its spirit. Let’s explore and see Florence our way: we promise that you’ll fall in love with our city.

Laura is a local professional Tour Guide, born and living in Florence, a proud, authentic Florentine for many generations who knows every hidden spot of her city. Laura gives tours in English, French and Italian.

Ismael was born in Guatemala, who considers himself as an “adopted” Florentine having lived most of his life in Florence and its beautiful countryside. Like Laura, he shares the same passion for the wonderful “cradle of the Renaissance”. Ismael gives tours in English, Spanish, and Italian.
